I chose this specific song because it had no music video for it and there was no real meaning to it. I did research on what other people had to say about this song and most of them came to the conclusion that it is about rebirth and reincarnation. The words “rebirth” and “reincarnation” made me think of the movie, Wallie, where the earth has led to destruction, but in the end it restored itself. This music video is my take on the song of a world that restored (rebirth) itself from destruc- tion of man. Most of the video was shot in reverse to portray that.
The video was shot in a factory in Midrand, and all the shots (fire, ice, etc.) are real and was achieved with the help from the workers from the factory with their welding equipment.
